In the meantime I appreciate the needs of the Royal Air Force that the necessary works services may be put in hand with the least possible delay, and if you see no strong objection I should be grateful if the site Bay be made availaŭle for the purpose without waiting for a complete settlement of terms between the Colonial Government and the Air Ministry.

I understand that the Lords Commissioners

of the Treasury have authorised the Air Ministry to place at your disposal such funds as are required for the resumption of the land required.
